Booking Terms & Conditions of Stella’s Houses

The terms and conditions mentioned below apply to all bookings for Stella’s Houses hotel made through this website. Stella’s Houses is a Traditional complex of houses in Agia Pelagia, Kythera, Greece. (hereafter “we” or “our”).

Pricing

All prices shown are per apartment and per night (unless otherwise stated). Prices are shown inclusive of VAT and do not include local city taxes. Upon arrival you are asked to pay the accommodation tax in cash, which corresponds to 1.5€ per night. Prices may change without notice. However, your entire booking is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.

Payment (Refundable Reservations)

During your reservation you will be asked to make a full payment (100% of total)  to complete your reservation. Advanced Payment must be settled with Credit/Debit Card.

Cancellation Policy

We use three different cancellation policies, depending on the booking you make. You may be charged for the cancellation according to the property’s cancellation or no-show policy. We advise you to carefully read the accommodation’s cancellation or no-show policy before making your booking.

Car Parking

The hotel offers parking infront of the hotel. With each apartment reservation you have for free one parking lot.

Smoking

Please note that the hotel is non smoking in inside public areas. Also it is not allowed the smoking inside the apartments.

Arrival and Departure

Hotel apartments are guaranteed ready for check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out until 6pm is possible, depending on availability, for an additional charge of 50% of 1 night price / per room and 100% of 1 night price / per room after 6pm .

Comments and Complaints

We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s reception at the time of your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.
